As an NHS communicator you will have the opportunity to experience a variety of NHS communications departments which will include opportunities in Marketing and PR/Engagement. Such broad exposure and training will not only keep things fresh and interesting but will equip you with invaluable career experience, much of which will involve high profile cases in the local health community. You will have the opportunity to really make a difference to the health community you are working in.
To be successful, you’ll need to be able to work across a range of stakeholders and both NHS and non-NHS organisations to ensure that their information is accessible to patients, staff and the public.
